I would not consider them ice skates, they are not made to function as such. I believe that is a form of narrow soul (like wood or something) on the base of the blade to walk in them. "Cool" and and unique looking pair of modified stilettos.

Would I wear these skates to skate in? No, they would be impossible to navigate around the rink in.

The link indicates that these skates are sold out! If the buyer is really going to use them, I'd love to see a video of it because I can't imagine how it could work. Very sore lower back, I would think. Buyer, if you read this, please do it for us.
