leave no stone unturned
^ how can you dislike the most flawless pair of hair in figure skating?
-
Well, Gwendal's hair was shorter when I first saw them, although I agree with you that it is spectacular at any length. I assure you that I always thought he was extraordinarily handsome! Anissina's hair didn't attract me at first, because it seems like an unnatural color. For women's hair, this is my preference (and it's strikingly similar to Piezerat's): Marina Klimova's hair in 1992.

I guess I'm fond of pre-Raphaelite imagery: all those resplendent tangles of curls. Wish I had hair like Klimova's! I like Marina Klimova's mahogany hair color better than Marina Anissina's bright red, too. But as I got familar with Anissina and Piezerat's skating, I even came to like Anissina's hair color. She often set it off so well with the color of her costumes, such as the clear blue of her Juliet costume. It also conveyed her boldness and strength.

Sometimes I wish Marina Anissina still skated / never separated with Ilia Averbukh. They were a stronger team.

The what if's surrounding Anissina and Averbukh....
1. What if they never split up?
2. What if they did split up but Piezarat didn't receive the letter and Kraatz did (she asked both of them, but Kraatz said he never received question)
