Found this in the Chinese Nationals thread.
WHO IS THIS KID?!
From what I can find, he turned 14 in October. In this LP, he lands a 4T, two squeaky clean 3As, and two clean 3Lzs. He also landed a clean 4T and 3A in his short program. Not bad: 3 for 3 on the 3a; 2 for 2 on the 4t.

There is also this article from August. http://www.goldenskate.com/2011/08/newcomer-jin-takes-gold-at-asian-trophy/
Clearly, his skating leaves much to be desired. Clearly, he will get taller. Clearly, a number of things might derail a raise to the top. But, MAN! This could be the most talented 14 year old male skater out there right now, no? In addition to his jumps, I enjoy his personality and charisma, two qualities that many top Chinese male skaters of the past have lacked. Between him, Han Yan, and Nan Song, it looks like China will have a male contender in the next few years. This is exciting!
