Just curious if anyone knows if Andrei will be competing as a junior or senior at Russian Nats?

(and besides, there are like NO posts here, so I can be the first, hee hee!!!)

I guess the Russian system is different from the American one, because Griazev has been taking part in both the junior and the senior Russian Nationals since 00/01 season. Laste year he as 5th at Senior. So he will certainly be there at seniors; the only question is -- will he be at juniors as well.

He's going to compete at Russian Nationals as a senior (I don't know about juniors), and at Junior Worlds (as a junior, of course).

Here's hoping for a top three for him as a senior (of course, I think he'd probably need the quad for that, with the depth of Russian skating!)

And yeah, I read that interview...what a little sweetie he is! Seems like a nice kid. Will be watching for him....

Don't you just hate it when they post photos of medal ceremonies and there are no people in the stands? I know it's a limited view, but the impression it leaves is that there was no audience!
