Alissa's music unfortunately may be too slow for the type of fp she needs to compete stronger this season. I like this music, but it was better for Johnny as a sp in Valse Triste.
So, is Alissa behind Ash?

Alissa :(
I'm glad she's fighting through it and not giving up, but I don't see her taking the title again this year. But as I type this, she seems to be growing stronger, I like that.
Well done, Ashley and Caroline!

I'm not watching. But a fall is not necessarily worse than a pop, if Alissa is mentally strong to keep going.

Beautiful but mistakes. Like everyone else I am not breathing while I wait for her score. Hard to say if it was enough. GORGEOUS spins.

I want to say Alissa has everything like Scott always seem to say but she doesn't have the steady consistent jumps.
Such a beautiful skater.

I'm glad I watched Alissa, but there were moments when my heart almost stopped beating. I'm glad she kept going, though, and held it together. And then there are her spins...it's as if she invented centrifugal force.

Well, I don't think we have a repeat champion. but I will say this, she is exquisite. And, I'm surprised to feel this way, but there is actually way more to this program than I realized at GPF or the send off a few weeks ago. She actually did quite well. And, boy, she has definitely showed us that she can make mistakes and yet not fall apart.
I'm heart broken for her. Yet, still proud of her. Ok she's in second. One more to go.

And Alissa, with 116 and change is in second.
If Agnes doesn't get higher than 120.79, then Ashley Wagner will (finally!) be the champion!
