She would be really good in a techno or hip hop program and she would be memorable like Stephanie Rosenthal (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rnkku5aJzZM).

I like her skating, she is a great skater.

She is currently rocking it as one of the Hot Ladies.

2003 is "currently"?

She is currently competing, thus eligible for my Hot list. It is hot to have a PB from 2003 that is still so high on the PB list, and it is hot to still be competing after all these years. She is hot the same way many feel Plushenko is hot regardless of whether or not he achieves any more medals or records. Of course, accomplishing a current PB puts him on top of the Men's Hot list.

She failed to qualify for Japanese Nationals. Basically where one could see her career trajectory going. Sorry to say but she is a role model of why skaters should retire when they are clearly past their prime, and it has been clear for years, before things get to the stage of embarassing beyond words. You can jibber jabber about love for the sport all you want, but I guarantee a 3 time World medalist is not loving being a regional level skater who is still having delusions about making it back to the Olympics someday.
