Asada: grace in human form. What a lovely, ethereal skater.
One thing I love about Mao is that she always puts the maximum effort into her exhibitions. They're always done with so much thought and heart. And this piece might be her best gala number yet.
oh wow, Meryl's hair is SO pretty in this style! I wish she'd do it this way more often; it looks amazing framing her face.
I assume Ashley will be the featured star skating last.
The Shibs are skipping the gala definitely. Alex must've been pretty ill.
Mao was lovely. D/W had an awesome gala performance to Adele's "Someone Like You". Ashley is about to skate to J-Lo's "On the Floor". She looks very pretty.
I guess my assumption pulled Ashley out to skate right now.
Did she just sit on the floor?
How ironic; on the floor, and so is she.She needs a little bit more sass, and Meryl and Charlie are probably resisting the urge to start some twizzles or something.

The choreography did not match the skate Ashley. Please find some other music before Worlds. lol.
"Someone Like You" needs tangible romantic chemistry and history. That doesn't describe D/W, but they skated it well.
Sui/Han are such a cool pair. I enjoy their performances a lot!
I don't not like this dress on Tessa.
Ashley has some nice club dancing moves in her number. But she needs to hit them harder, nastier and a bit back of the beat.
Patrick's Mannish Boy is his best exhibition number ever. Too bad he hasn't done it perfectly since debuting it at the Japanaese Nationals gala (where he was a guest performer). There are so many interesting and intricate and slightly off-kilter ideas in its choreography.
Virtur/Moir's I Wanna Hold Your Hand is so cute and romantic it's almost sickening.
