Max Base Value?

The conversation over in the 'Firsts' thread got me wondering about the max base value for the non jump elements in a FP, but I thought this was a little off topic for there.

For men it would be:

2 Step Sequences - Level 4: 2 x 3.9 = 7.8

3 Spins - Level 4
All can have flying entries
2 can be combos
1 can't be combo

Is that right? Are there other restrictions?

Flying entry non combo camel or layback = 3.2

Not sure how to calculate combo spins values though so I'm stuck

Thank you!

So for men the could do:

1 level 4 step - 3.9
1 choreo step - 2.0
1 flying camel level 4 - 3.2
2 combo spins w/change of foot level 4 - 3.5 each = 7.0

16.1 max base value?

For Jumps, base on what is executed today (ie excluding quad loop, flip, lutz and axel, since no one has been consistent with these, and 4S are still pretty rare)

Would a max layout be

4T3T
4T
4S
3A3Lo2Lo
3A
3Lu2Lo
3F
3S

That seems sort of fantastical as a whole, though elements seem reachable by a few skaters

You cannot do two change of foot combination spins (CCoSp). Spins must be of a different nature. You can, however, do a FCCoSp and a CCoSp in the same program, but the third spin must be a solo position spin. One must have a flying entry, but it can't be used to also satisfy another spin requirement (so a FCCoSp cannot be used to satisfy the CCoSp requirement if there's not another flying spin). Also, with a feature only counting once, it's really hard to come up with the following: FCCSp4, CCoSp4, FCCoSp4
