Anyone do this yet? Which countries have how many spots on JGP and JW?

By my calculations (consider these numbers unofficial until they are published on the ISU site):

3 spots for 2013 Junior Worlds:
Ladies - RUS, USA
Men - CHN, USA
Pairs - CHN, RUS, USA, CAN
Dance - RUS, USA

2 spots for 2013 Junior Worlds:
Ladies - JPN, CHN, KOR, SWE, CAN
Men - KAZ, RUS, JPN, CAN
Pairs - none?
Dance - FRA, CAN, UKR, GER, ITA

From the 2011-12 Junior Grand Prix Announcement (it could change for next season, we don't know yet if it will):

2. ENTRIES
2.1 Men and Ladies & Dance (added)
Members are entitled to enter competitors in the different events of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating in Men and Ladies according to the following system:

a) 2 entries in 7 events:
The three (3) best placed Members at the previous ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships may enter two (2) skaters in all seven (7) events of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating in the category concerned.

Ladies: RUS, USA, JPN
Men: CHN, USA, KAZ (they may not have any age-eligible men to send?)
Dance: RUS, USA, FRA

b) 1 entry in 7 events:
Members placed four (4) to six (6) at the previous ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships are entitled to enter one (1) skater in seven (7) events of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating in the category concerned.

Ladies: CHN, KOR, SWE
Men: RUS, JPN, CAN
Dance: CAN, UKR, GER

c) 1 entry in 6 events:
Members placed seven (7) to twelve (12) at the previous ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships are entitled to enter one (1) skater in six (6) events of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating in the category concerned.

Ladies: CAN, EST, SVK, BRA, SLO, ITA
Men: GER, PHI, BRA, CZE, KOR, GBR
Dance: ITA, EST, UZB, LAT, CHN, FIN

2.2 Pairs
Members are entitled to enter competitors in the different events of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating in Pairs according to the following system:
a) 3 entries in 4 events:
The five (5) best placed Members at the previous ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships may enter three (3) Pairs in all four (4) events of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating hosting Pair skating.
