I/K's 92 is a solid score, but I note that they had four level three/two elements. The panel at Europeans was very tough, and they still had higher levels there.

Some notes:
** Did anyone know that Jeremy Barrett is Kemp and King's (UK) coach? I didn't until I saw his tweet saying how proud he was that they qualified!
** The team from North Korea also qualified. Am somewhat curious. Given that NK is spending the cash to have them compete in a competition besides the Olympics, they must see some long-term potential with that pairs team. Not a bad score considering they've never skated at Worlds before. But they'll have to work on those levels...All level 1 and 2 except for a level 4 combo spin.
** 116 for Sui/Han is a pretty decent score considering they fell. It's hard to say where they will place this year. They easily could be in the top five...or not.
** I/K winning was expected. 92 is a decent score. But as everyone pointed out....those dang levels!
^
yes, I'd say 116 is still a huge score for S/H, they could finish Top 5
and I/K same as always, has problems with the level points, hopefully their PCS rise will motivate them to work on their lifts and twizzles

I heard that Greg Merriman's boot heel broke during the last minute of the program, and they had to change their final lift on the fly. Amazing presence of mind to be able to finish at all! And that they qualified as well, even better.
Reyna Hamui currently in 4 th place! WTG!!
Go Mexico!
Just checked in. Clara Peters is leading. Whoah.
