I've just finished reading through everything. I'm crying for Alissa and Mao. But how great for Ashley!

Akiko was one popped jump away from silver. But still, her first world medal! And finally the judges gave her the kind of PCS she deserves. Congrats to one of the most winsome and lovable and hardworking skaters of all time!

Akiko's LP was my personal favorite of the ladies competition. Now that is musicality :love:.

akiko skated welll--not good enough for silver--didn't beat alena leonova-might get bronze depending on ksenia

Akiko skated well. Too bad about the single, but I enjoyed her. Makarova's next. I love her skating, but I hate this program.
