    This is what you said
    "Monko/ Khaliavin RUS
SD More, sung in French; Polka (anyone know which polka?)"

I don't know what you meant by "More, sung in French" ?
While it is obviously in French, that song is an iconic chansonette, sang by the famous actor and singer Yves Montand "Sous les ciel de Paris" (Or "Under the sky of Paris"):

As far as the polka...it kills me, because I know the song, but can't figure it out...but is almost 100% that I heard it sung in Hungarian.

I'll change the listing. The tune is also used for "More"; but I'll change the listing herios, to what you list, since it I think you're right that it is Montand singing.

    Here's More, sung by Sinatra.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eXFspUqasI

The tune is from the Mondo Cane soundtrack, where it was an instrumental, but has been sung by a lot of people with various words.

    Wikipedia
nominated for an Oscar for Best Song in 1963. The original Italian title was "Ti Guarderò Nel Cuore" and it was recorded as an instrumental, so nobody was singing it in the movie. Later, Marcello Ciorciolini provided the Italian lyrics and this was adapted into English by Norman Newell. The song was later recorded by many artists:
I'm pretty sure I have heard that polka before too...I just can't place it.

Does anyone know whether it is true that Takahashi's LP will be to Pagliacci?

If you listen carefully back to nack to Sinatra's song and what Monko / Khaliavin were skating to, they are not the same.
M/K have staked to "Sous les ciel de Paris" , author Hubert Giraud, in the interpretation of Yves Montand.

Short is The Godfather - in a stylized version. I wouldn't presume to know the band/artist.
