Just sticking with the gala skates at WC this year, Patrick's Elegy was really beautiful. It just reminds us of the demands of programs written for CoP competition. Patrick doesn't have to jump. Though I hoped Dai would win the WC and was very impressed, there is no denying how special Patrick is. His skate was my favorite this year.

I love Plushenko's SexBomb, too! He is the best as both a skater and a entertainer! I respect him.
But I hope that Yuzuru who calls him God does not succeed to the muscle suit.

    My loving ↓

    Daisuke Takahashi 『Luv letter』 ,『Bachelorette』

    Yuzuru Hanyu 『Change』 2011, 2008 , 『White Legend』

Fallen Angels was beautiful... I miss Melissa and Denis' skating... though they're doing great work with their different programs.

This is one of my faves as well. I love when skaters work together like that, and this trio made an unusually splendid ensemble.

Hanyu calls Plushenko God? That's funny!

How about Otono Porteno from Stephane Lambiel? Loved La Traviata, but I always wished he had made THIS his 2010 free skate. I have never seen a better tango from a singles skater!

Well, two world champions don't name him as their favourite skater for nothing, especially having been contemporary rivals!

Actually, "Afternoon of a Faun" belongs to Janet Lynn. She skated this program as an exhibition and a competitive program. It is one of my all time favorite programs.
