Gail, I am not real familar with Weird Al so I looked it up and this is what I found. So thanks for helping me learn something new. I used a search engine for cities in songs and this is one that came up.
"Albuquerque" is the last song of "Weird Al" Yankovic's Running with Scissors album. At 11 minutes and 22 seconds, it is the longest song Yankovic has ever released on any of his official studio albums.
With the exception of the choruses and occasional bridges, the track is mostly a spoken word narration about Yankovic's made-up life in Albuquerque, New Mexico, after winning a first-class one-way airplane ticket to the city.
My answer
Amsterdam - Joan Baez

Carefree Highway - Gordon Lightfoot (there's a town in Arizona called Carefree, and he got the inspiration to write the song from the road sign that he saw there - he explained this in concert. BTW, when we were out there, we had to take a picture of the sign).
