    Scale of Values, Levels of Difficulty and Guidelines for marking Grade of Execution
    The following Communication replaces Communication No. 1724

    There don't seem to be any changes in the base values and SOV, but some minor changes elsewhere. Hoping someone can explain in layman's terms.
