obviously there are bonus here, but Titushkina only beat Sakhanovich because she stumbled on a step sequence thus lost focus and mess up her last jump:

Problem is (as write at Russian forums) that serious was approach only of Kavaguti/Smirnov, Menshov and Gosviani. These three won, all other competitors did not compete seriously. This "ice arena testing" was not interesting for skaters (and who could - ignored it).
So results (of others than three mentioned) mean about nothing.

Thank you so much AlexRus! I'm happy to see Korobeynikova is better than test skates. But still she didn't do triple lutz and triple flip here. I hope that's because she didn't take the competition serious and there is no problem about those jumps. Anyway she is always wonderful to watch, she is the reflection of elegance on the ice. I want her to be in the national team again this year. Since Liza is struggling with injuries, Lipnitskaya and Radionova aren't eligible, Shelepen looks really bad. So it will be difficult but not impossible.
Beginning of this season is really not good in Russia.
Artur Gachinski is not stable enough, Maxim Kovtun only at JGP VI shows good skating (previous starts were bad).
Sokolovskaya's girls (Deeva, Shelepen) look to be crossed out.
Volchkova's girls (Shershak, Biryukova, Korobeynikova) look not good.
Makarova didn't show anything good.
Sotnikova - we all know, also not good.
Tuktamysheva - her coach Mishin tells really horrible words.
Lipnitskaia - minor injury, and because of this he couldn't training as need.
Gosviani - very nice skating, but horribly unstable in elements - jumps are not stable, spins and StSq often have low level.
Only Radionova demonstrates that she is really good.
