yeah the FS should definitely see the real results

    I don't trust these B competitions scoring
Yes, this is the highest score ever given to a 7-elements SP! The PCS must be around 33-34...

LADIES SHORT PROGRAM - POSITION AFTER 10 OF 11

    1. Kiira KORPI (FIN) - 69.27 (TES: 36.87, PCS: 32.40)
    2. Julia LIPNITSKAYA (RUS) - 64.05 (TES: 35.50, PCS: 28.55)
    3. Mirai NAGASU (USA) - 52.75 (TES: 26.20, PCS: 27.55, DED: 1.00)
    4. Isabelle OLSSON (SWE) - 51.18 (TES: 27.49, PCS: 23.69)
    5. Natalia POPOVA (UKR) - 48.74 (TES: 25.64, PCS: 23.10)
    6. Sonia LAFUENTE (ESP) - 45.71 (TES: 23.37, PCS: 22.34)
    7. Beata PAPP (FIN) - 45.59 (TES: 24.82, PCS: 20.77)
    8. Fleur MAXWELL (LUX) - 44.93 (TES: 23.06, PCS: 21.87)
    9. Jasmine COSTA (EST) - 42.66 (TES: 23.78, PCS: 19.88, DED: 1.00)
    10. Alisa MIKONSAARI (FIN) - 39.54 (TES: 19.20, PCS: 20.34)

Lipnitskaya - 3Zx3T combination, 3F. 2A. Good solid start to the season for Julia, despite the step out on the 3T, especially as she has been recovering from injury.

    Nagasu - 3Tx3T combination (fall on 2nd part), 3R, 2A

Korpi - 3Tx3T combination, 3R, 2A. Her joke score was 69.27, not 69.87. Apologies for the earlier typo

I just watched Julia's SP: 28.55 is really too much for that program! There wasn't practically any transition in the first minute and she looked very slow on the ice... I thought it was going to be something like 26, especially considering that Mirai's was 27.55!

Ugh... Julia needs to learn how to point her toes. But the judges in international competitions love her to bits, so she's not gonna change anything. She still seems to be skating right through the music throwing in gratuitous spirals in the most random places to rack up points.

That's exactly what I noticed! She's like Leonova: horrible choreography, a wild use of her body, their programs don't have any relationship with the music but, when they land their jumps, the judges give them high PCS!

hey hush, Kiira is World Champion with her SP score

indeed, feel like I'm watching acrobatics with those many spirals and flexibilities more than figure skating
the music is actually good you can do so much choreography with this program, but not surprised didnt Julia/Tutberidze choreographed her own SP ?
