US Regionals start with Pacific Northwest's on September 28th.
2013 Northwest Pacific Regional Figure Skating Championships in Lane Events Center, 796 West 13th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97402
The event runs September 28th to October 2nd.
The USFS page for the event
http://www.usfsa.org/event_details.asp?id=46391

A non-qualifying competition will be run at the same site, during the same time period.

 Go Alaskan skaters (especially Juvenille skaters Grace & Andrew Lee! who both are awesome!)

I notice that the roster does not have any novice, junior, and senior mens divisions?

Anyway to see who is competing in what event and which regional? For instance, if visited the host clubs site for NWP Regionals and no entries were listed.....

Since the regionals are on different weekends, it makes sense that they don't come up at the same time.

Maybe your comment is referring to all nine regionals, Doris? That would make sense.

The two regionals in my post above are on the same dates (one week after the Northwest Pacific Regional covered by dwiggin3 and Toni).

Some results are now up for Pacific Northwest:
http://www.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/results/2013/68378/results.html

If I understand this correctly, the top four finishers go on to Sectionals. In this case for Senior Ladies:

1Amanda Hofmann, Portland ISC
112.31
Alison Jeffers, Seattle SC
104.02
Rita Fehr, Individual Member
103.78
Shayna Moellenberg, Sun Valley FSC
102.06

And yes in Junior Ladies, girls from Alaska finished third & fourth, and will go to the next level
Selena Zhao blew the competition away, though:

Selena Zhao, Highland SC 130.88
Alexandra Smith, Lakewood Winter Club 85.51
Coral Flaherty, Alaska Assoc of Figure Skaters 82.84
Claire Gillespie, Anchorage FSC 82.83

And a girl from Alaska placed fourth in Novices, so she will be going on too.
Xinghua Turner, Alaska Assoc of Figure Skaters
