Our oven wasnt keeping temp so it took longer but it was sooooooo good!

I gave up meat this year, but if I resumed, it would be for one of two things, prime rib or roast duck. Even without eating prime rib, I'd feast on the aroma alone. What a wonderful food for a family banquet. Good going, Toni!

I just realized I forgot to post about my prime rib on my blog... oops! but I did post about Thursday night's awesome meal! Gah, now I want it all over again.
Next week is Mexican, Taco Salad for the meal... but can't figure out what I want to do for dessert...

Flan

with Mexican Wedding cakes on the side (I know you know how to make those)?
The flan has no gluten, which is a plus.
The trickiest part is caramelizing the sugar.
Or if you are not caring about the gluten aspect, Three Milk Cake is good.

The toasted coconut version sounds even better (YUM)

Flan is delicious. Those recipes sound great, Doris.
Is this a Disney movie dinner, Toni? Is it The Three Caballeros?

Yup we are doing a double feature: Saludos Amigos and The Three Cabelleros
I've never seen them all the way through so I am excited to finally get to! I've always loved Donald Duck so it's about time I see them!
