Two-time Canadian medalist Myriane Samson retires due to injury
Two-time Canadian medalist and national team member for four seasons since 2007, Myriane Samson, 24, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Que., has retired from amateur figure skating. Samson has skated at seven national championships in senior, and has represented Canada internationally since 2003.
How sad. I am not sure who will hire her fro show skating unless he meant skating a character like a Smurf or on some cruise ship. I don't think she is viable as a show skater relying upon her name though. I hope she enjoys the next part of her life.
