Call it a blasphemy but I actually prefered the SP of Bazarova & Larionov over Volosozhar & Trankov in terms of general presentation.

I'm with you too - at least it wasn't painful to watch them even if it wasn't the most interesting program

That would get them good GOE, but I think that to get level four, you need to have
Hands above lady's head during twist
Footwork going into twist
90 degree separation of lady's leg's during entry of twist
Man catching lady without her hands touching him

Wow, home cooking for B/L. 3 judges thought their SBS 3T were ok. No -GOE.
B/L is probably the worst of the non-contenders, they always manage to creep me out.

V/T are so overscored. Poor K/S, they will never manage to be Russia #1 again.

You are right, they are now Russia #3. Next year, probably #4.

though I don't think Kavaguti/Smirnov will be ranked lower than 3rd Nationally unless Stolbova/Klimov can increase more their PCS next season
