Liza will not be at NRW as she will be in GPF
She has to go to at least one B-comp to go to the Worlds, IIRC, and she is determined to go to the Worlds this year, so you'll see her compete here or maybe another one.
And it also looks like that he will surely miss Worlds (in the interview, he had just said that he wasn't sure)... So, the only "big" skaters at NRW will be Yu-Na, S/S, Marchei and the Helgessons.
Yu Na, and S&S are definitely worth the price of the ticket all by themselves!
Also, unless there have been WDs I'm unaware of, there are skaters who are at a comparable level to those three, and some who are considerably more accomplished than that: Brezina, Gachinski, Makarova, and Berton/Hotarek all come to mind.
All worth seeing!
Here is a tweet from Phil Hersch with a short video promo of TV coverage
of Yuna's comeback. This was posted in the YuNa's Fanfest thread by golden411.
ETA: According to this article Aliona and Robin have confirmed their participation.

"This is my first competition in a long time, and I am concerned and excited at the same time," said Kim, who also has a 2009 world championship to her credit. "I've put in a lot of hours to improve my conditioning and techniques. I will bear down extra hard for the competition."
I can't believe I will really see her and S/S live in just 3 days.
There will be a live stream of the senior competitions, see link.
It can only be watched outside Korea, Japan, USA and North America (doesn't this include USA?).
OMG, I'll get rewarded for living in a figure skating desert! Thanks for the link1
hikki, you do, you do get rewarded!
Not to mention, Australia is not quite a skating desert. You had some talented kids on the JGP this year; Australian nationals are on now, and the senior events' Long prorams are about to start:
And if you vote in the Where Do You Live poll (which determines things, like do we cover events from your area), you would get to be the first respondent from Australia!
Here's the poll:
