Yes, he did. He's not looking comfortable with those jumps.

B/L landed both jump passes. They've got the gold in the bag. This program is so boring.

How Barasova could land those tiny jumps is beyond me. She definitely URed from the reply. <<. I'm sure the judges will give them 120+.

So, who's going to be the sixth team for the GPF? There's V/T, K/S, D/R, P/T, B/L and...?

Yeah, they shouldn't get positive GOE, but everything else they did was quite strong.

Though the final lift looked hilarious (because it was an overhead shot that foregrounded Vera, so she looked ginormous).

That is probably the strongest free I've ever seen these two skate. SBS jumps still need work badly but both stayed upright throughout. They will get (and deserve) gold.

I know it's a typo (Barasova instead of the actual Bazarova) but it's funny because I just read that as Tarasova and got really really confused.

Oh, awesome! I was thinking either them or Denney/Coughlin, but I'm glad it's them.

The backstage stuff was odd. Mt/M knew they'd lost, they knew it was fair, so it's clear that the anger (and Kirsten seemed angry) was self directed. But still. Tonally wierd.

Why do mt/m always peak so early? They reeled off clean programs in August but couldn't hold on. By this rate, they will again lose a spot on the world team in Jan.
