The area outside the stadium is still being built and they also tested the security of the building this time.

Yes but they had announced for RN they ll give no public tickers and will test the arena for security
It was possible to register by Internet (in only three days), answer to 57(!) questions, add scanned document and photo, and get a free ticket.
