3Lz+3T, might get an edge call on shaky entry edge. Good 3F and 2A. Very front-loaded, though. Strong spinner as well. Don't really get a sense of exotic Egypt apart from some slanted arms. Very scratchy glitch on the footwork sequence. Finishes with a fast and tight spin.

Angelas jumps are so huge, pity about that mistake but the quality of her skating was in my opinion the best :) that pop will cost her though...

Couldn't get the 3T out from the 3Lz, only a 1T. Very solid 3F. A little shaky on the 2A landing but finished off. She's visibly disappointed and I think she rushed through the rest of the program a little because of it. Smooth edgework and soft presentation, though.

Some smaller mistakes, will it be enough for the lead?

Completed 3Lz+3T. Could exit out of the 3F. Step-out of 2A (ah, silly mistake). Great Bielmann spin. I like that she expresses two different moods in the piece, though I like the choreography of the first half better than the slightly sloppy second half. However, this should go into first place.

Impressive jumping from radionova, she presents really well for her age! I thought it was all a bit wild though, she will probably lead though

Wow, Hannah Miller in silver medal position; I did not expect that. But having watched her performance, she was great! And I think that combo was in the second half, which probably boosted her score. Too bad about Angela, but knowing her she'll bring it in the long and move up.

Great performance by Radionova - just the 1 mistake with the step out on the landing on 2A

Elena always looks lovely to me, even with some smaller mistakes. For someone her age she really is amazing, she has that "it"-factor all over her. She's easily the class of the field for me here :)

Enjoyed the others too - Angela has a beautiful overall style, too bad for the mistake. Satoko was as elegant as she always is, and Anna P. suprised me so much! Never saw her before, but she has some nice attack. Hannah Miller has so much personality too. It's a pretty good field we have here, I'm excited for the FS.

P.S.: Elena, Hannah and Satoko all got Lv4 on the steps. Wow.

That edge call on the flip for angela is wierd , she didnt lip! just one of "those calls" I guess. I agree with the overall placements though and I think we could see alot of switching around in the free

Yeah, a lot of skaters have been getting edge calls on the flip, even when the entry is on a flat edge which I think is fine (and which Dick Button think is fine too). They really want to see an inside edge this year.
