Guathier + Marcotte + Radford + Duhamel = lovely commentators. Talking about the missed timing, confirming the lift won't count - love listening to them.

Duhamel is seriously an amazing analyst. ("-1 for the twist, -1 for the combo.... Still good"). Scored well because of their EPIC base value and solid GOEs on most of the elements. Guys, take this team seriously as a thread for bronze here and at Worlds.

Good effort from D/R. Just when I thought this will earn a lot of points, they botched the lift.
I also think that the commands from the coach during SBS spins should be forbidden.

Maybe.. But that should be forbidden too, IMO. Its really distracting and the unison should come without saying anything

It was Eric. Don't worry, I made the same mistake during Canadian Nationals one year. Kirsten Moore Towers and Jessica Dube also give the spin commands.

FWIW, I do think that they stop the commands later in the season - their unison at Canadian Nationals 2012 was breathtaking.

P/T - may be shadows of their former selves. But that was just beautiful. Should sneak ahead of D/R by two or three points.

I just dont like it. Some pairs achieve good unison without the commands.. Im not an expert, but should the music and training 'tell' them when to change position??

P/T - a beautiful skate! It seemed that they barely started skating when their program just finished.. But I really hate their lifts - her lack of extension is painful to watch.

awful jumps (I can't say they they don't try to do them at the sa,e time, I think they struggle to land them), awful arms, all the rest is good. SP was a masterpiece!
