Dance moms on ice I guess? Combined with Jersey Shore?

And Hurricane Sandy?

Lots of potential drama there!

Storyline

In New Jersey, figure skating not only takes grace, dedication, and hard work it also takes a thick skin. Especially when the no-nonsense coaches, sisters Deana, Andrea and lifelong friend Michele, step on the ice at Floyd Hall Arena in Little Falls. For these loud-mouthed coaches, coming in second place means you're the first loser. With the first competition of the season coming up, they'll do whatever it takes to make sure their students are standing at the top of the podium, 'Gettin the G' that's Jersey speak for gold medals, baby! DUring today's morning commute, I listened to the DJ's interview one of the ice skating coaches featured in TLC's Jersey On Ice. She sounded very pleasant, but not sure how she'll be as a coach.

It's a behind the scenes look at ice skating at the local level. On TLC tonight at 10pm eastern

Here's an article about the show

It's one episode right now. If it does well, there could be more episodes. The coaches and students will be watching it together at their rink.

Here's the general schedule

So...coming in second place means you're the First Loser. I never thought of it that way before but it's true...you are the leader of the losers (even if you "just had fun out there").

Iam the biggest skating fan but didn't like it. Too much shouting and pointless drama. I would much rather watch a documentary about a top skater and see real life training and behind the scenes at competitions. Even Weir's series was much more interesting. Cute kids but not enough to watch again. My coaches never acted like them thank goodness.
