Just saw a quick NHK interview w/ Mao. She said her lower back's feeling better and that she hopes to do well like her practice.

According to this Mao is in very good shape. Landed 3A's twice. But they will not go for it this time. She said she had amazing practices.

Her 3F looks much improved here, it's obvious she worked hard the past couple of seasons on improving the technique , it's too bad she doesn't yet manage to do the jumps like this in the actual competition but hopefully she'll get there
