I got ahold of Amy at the Century Link Centre and there was a small delay in getting out the ticket packages but they started shipping today...so by the end of next week we should all have them.
(I didnt have the heart to ask her if they had to have them reprinted as Johnny's pic was on the cover of the commemerative package)
