^ no he's not! I'm regretting not buying a subscription to cbc or whatever it is ...

I hope some posters are watching or there live and can give us their impressions later.

Patrick's SP: Great triple axel, okay-to-solid quad, only a 3-2. Will obviously score Nationals big, but not Nationals huge (<100)

I'm very curious about that third slot. The gap between Chan and Reynolds; Reynolds and Firus is big enough that those two are locks in that order. But third - both the bronze medal position and the final slot at Worlds - is fascinating. Especially after the Phaneuf/LaCoste debacle.

thanks again for results - and IP, that third spot really does look interesting!

I'm always glad to hear about a great 3 axel from Chan...sorry to hear about the 3-2 as I imagine that was meant to be a 3-3. Hope to see videos someday!

Yeah, I guess the minimum score thing for worlds comes into play here too. As far as I know Firus and Balde haven't made it yet.

Just got back from the Hershey Centre. Patrick was pretty good, his warm-up was rough but he pulled it off. I was really impressed with Liam Firus - great stretch and the triple axel was beautiful - I think he interpreted his music the best of all the men.

Thank you so, so much for the video!!! I honestly cannot put in words just how very much I adore, love, admire, and just feel as in feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel, this SP. The lutz landing was icky - but everything else just captivated me.

Does anyone know if Buttle was there to appreciate his handy-work?

My favourite version of Patrick is always at nationals. Up until the wonky lutz (which kind of threw off the timing for the end of the program) it was quite an engrossing skate.

Excited to watch the LP!

I must say that it was nice to see Sandhu. The crowd gave him a wonderful welcome and he looked really happy to be there. We really enjoyed the event. Patrick and Kevin were terrific!

Patrick's program is really something extraordinary: those steps before the lutz... Even his cross-overs give me chills! I can't wait until he performs it cleanily, that would be an incredible program! I don't understand why one judge gave a 10 for CH and no-one gave a 10 for SS...
