DM/G have nice programs and good skating skills, but they fall too much on the jumps and throws.

Yes, this. I think they have incredible potential but htey really must improve technically. If they can/do they will be at worst a strong second tier team.
What size is this rink? Some of the skaters, especially pairs and dancers, seem to get awfully close to the boards
