Cable has been out since Thursday, during Winter X Games and skating! My laptop is also having issues with video as well and is running abnormally slow and can't handle live streaming ever since it was fixed by the computer guys. Seriously! *** can't Charter get their act together? If anyone can tape the skating I would greatly appreciate it.

Guess I'll shell out another $85 to have my laptop overhauled. Again.
