Yes, there's been quite a bit of chatter regarding using lyrics in the other disciplines outside of ice dance. It was mentioned during the Ice Dance broadcast yesterday.
Hmmmmm...............I guess it will depend on the music and whether it enhances the performance or detracts from it. We've certainly seen some beautiful pairs exhibitions where music with words was used.
