I'm happy that Julia is not doing the 3Lz+3T in her FS anymore... The 2A+3T+2T and 2A+3T are a lot more solid and secure! But... she is so skinny, almost skeletal! Elena's jumps, however, are a lot better, I really don't like Julia's arms' positions...

I think Julia grew a few inches but looks like her jumps are still stable and she maybe naturally skinny
it will be very close battle between Julia and Elena if both are clean I still think Julia will win

good luck tommorow girls !

Yes, it would be close, it will depend on the PCS: I would give an edge to Elena because she's more emotional, but I think that the judges would prefer Julia's reputation (she the WJC, after all) and acrobatic moves... Good luck to everyone!

Radionova is just unreal. She does that crazy 3lutz/3toe/3toe combo as if she was doing doubles. No effort at all.

Why is a Kazakh skater competing at Russian Nationals?

She competes in the Russian Cup Series. I think Denis Ten did the same in the past, but I don't know if he competed at their Junior Nationals.

Evgenia must've skated clean. She might have a nice debut at a Junior Grand Prix Series next season.

I guess group 2 would be on the ice right now:) Good luck, Serafima!

Russia has lots of little talents. They mustn't be worried about future. Some of them will probably survive through puberty. Kayumova will also be in the JGP next year I think. Zaseeva has shown some improvement this season but I think it will be difficult for her to be in Jr Worlds team now.

Wow, Russian girls are really talented!

So Serafima earned 67.49(I think she always does well with her SP, although she didn't skate well at senior Nationals). I guess Elena and Julia can earn 70+ for their SP?
