Two Hour Interview with Debi Thomas

She talks about the '88 Olympics, working in medicine, the impact of being a black skater, how to approach competitions, and other topics. She's also really funny to boot.

Thanks! I'll try to listen to it. I always loved her smooth, powerful skating.

She was a powerful skater. I remember seeing the videos of the battle of the Carmens. And how sad it was after her performance when she knew she had lost to Witt that well, it was back to med school - nothing to sniff at (I am not sure she realized she also lostthe silver medal to the brilliant star of the 88games Liz Manley).
