Love Kanako's dress. It's simple, but very striking.

Good triple flutz.
Clean 3Lo-2T
Clean 3F
Good step sequence.
Kanako's improved so much since her junior days. Good speed throughout the program. Very expressive.
Second 3Lo, might be UR?
3F-1A.
3S-2Lo2Lo. Sal might be UR?
3T clean.

Should go into first unless the 3T = 0 since she only did 1A?

An off night? That is how Gracie usually performs. She's skated one good short program and one good free program this season. Her programs are usually messes filled with multiple jump errors because she cannot control her nerves.

Honestly that shouldnt be enough to warrant a meltdown. Mirai had one at the olympics in 2010 during the SP and skating wonderfully. USFSA must be biting their fingers for worlds. I never understood why they didn't do it like gymnastic's olympic trials style. Top qualifier from nationals gets to go Worlds, then they select the other spots from results from 4cc.

Also what's in the water in Japan? Kanako is wonderful so much growth over these past seasons. USFSA could be use some!

I don't think we should start panicking just yet, it's her first season on the senior level, now if she's like this next season may we should start panicking.

She was just a junior last year hopefully she learns. I don't think her pcs should have been above Osmond or Li though.
