Thanks a lot Kutien for posting performances so quickly!!! :)

Loved Shoma's, He's and Jason's performance so far. They can DANCE!
:bang: to Ryuju's missing the combo. But glad Jason proved me wrong! ;) Six more boys to go, I hope Shoma can hold onto 6th so that he will skate Free in the final group!

Josh is the only one to make it into the 7's in pcs.

He even beat Jason's PCS!

I don't think the judges like the Prince program all that much. But Josh was divine!

NAILED IT! Great work Josh!

I can't see anyone else beating that!
Nobody of competing now Junior Men can beat Josh.

Some skaters (two I believe) can beat Brown when they skate very well and he makes mistakes. But not with this SP - his advantage in SP scope made it almost impossible.

with no Maxim or Yan
unless he meltdowns in the LP. Joshua has this in the bag

could be an All-American podium

USA boys are unbeatable
Too bad Maxim Kovtun or Han Yan are not here. That would have been an entertaining competition

Honestly I don't think anyone in this field is capable of toppling Joshua and Jason when they're both skating well. The question mark over Jason is always the 3A - will he land it, if he doesn't, how much damage will it do, etc. But beyond the jumps and spins, Joshua and Jason also both skate with a presence and quality that the other skaters don't yet have. They're still Junior by level, but definitely they are both Senior level skaters in terms of their maturity.

EDIT:

Well, I stand corrected.

I think I liked Omori better than Joshua. Maybe because I dislike Joshua's costume, I think it's not helping his overall look on the ice. Jason Brown though was the best for me in terms of Pe/CH/IN.

I saw Omori in 2011 at Brasov JGP, he grew a lot, back then he was just a bit taller than Nam Nguyen. I remembered his name, he is a completely different skater since then

American 1-2-3 at the moment.

Shotaro only just beat Jason though, and Shotaro went pretty clean.

I think Jason's blog would be in all capslock if that happened.

And exclamation marks!!!! :)

Wonderful performance from Jason aside from the combo; I agree with Ziggy the timing did seem off.

Will see Josh and Shotaro when I have a chance. What a great turnout from the American men. We're looking great to get full JGP spots in all teh disciplines so far!
