So who else is ready for Reynolds providing an amazing climax to the event by winning a silver medal? xD

His performance will seem even more amazing when skated after Ten who'll fall 6 times this time.

On a more serious note, hopefully everybody skates well and it's not a splatfest. Good luck, boys!

I am hoping for a cleanly skated event where the winner takes all. Not who falls the least or which name the judges pick out of a hat!

Ugh, it's annoying that I'll have to miss the first half of this. Hope everyone skates well--especially the last two flights!

Why did Pfeifer sack his coach and decided to be trained by a former Ice Dancer? Especially considering he is yet to learn the 3axel and a quad.

Working live stream for those who want it:

    http://www.ltv7.lv/files/player-lice...autostart=true

[though I'll bet those commentators STILL haven't taken a breath!]
[And they're finally running commercials that aren't for a medical condition! Progress!]

Watching now. I don't like the position Daisuke is skating in. But maybe it will do wonders, who knows. I'm nervous.

    Justus STRID (DEN)

Music: Where Do I Fit In by Nicola Piovanni

    3A - fall
    3Lz - tilted, fall
    3F - bit forward
3S+2T+2T - swinging free leg on landing
    FSSp
    StSq
    3T+2T
    3T
    2F+2T - turn in-between, stepout
    2A - stepout
    CCoSp
    CUSp
    ChSt

Very shaky performance: lots of jump mistakes, sadly. He does try to perform.

    FS: 48.82 + 55.16 - 2.00 = 101.98
Tot: 165.23 (PB), in 1st (out of 1)

    Maxim KOVTUN (RUS)

Music: Casablanca (soundtrack) by Max Steiner

    4T+2T - bit forward landing
    4T
    3Lz+3T
    CCoSp - quite fast
    StSq
    3A+2T
    3A - stepout
    3F - fall
    2S
    FUSp
    ChSt
    1A
    CSSp

Good start, but fell apart in the 2nd part. Quite a shame. Top 10 is impossible.

    FS: 75.81 + 66.74 - 1.00 = 141.55
    Tot: 207.40, in 1st (out of 2)
