Wonderful. THIS will get the season started. Hope there are videos as well. For the first Winter Olympics hosted in Russia, and after all the billions of dollars spent to prepare the setting and their athletes, provided to athletes, coaches, federations, the skating presented by the skaters from Russia this season will represent precisely what all that inspiration and support can produce.

any videos ?
No.

How they skated:
Proklova and Sotskova - clean skating.
Medvedeva - one fall (3F), other good.
Sakhanovich - three falls at two programs (SP&FS).
Ogoreltseva - not so good.
Stavitskaia - nice skating but popped jumps.

Boys look worse than girls.
Kolyada - good.
Murad Kurbanov - good.
Samarin - moderately good.
Tarasenko - bad.
Alexander PETROV - good.
Moris KVITELASHVILI - with 4T and 3A.

Samarin still has no 3A ? :disapp:
Yes, no 3A, and minor injury, so he may be shifted to later JGP Events.

Don't ignore Proklova - she is a good girl, who may pretend to JGP Final.

Alsu KAIUMOVA was called to test skating 17 Aug, so she may have JGP Event.

Anything more on the jumps they landed (at least the combo that they attempt in the SP)?

Almost no other info at all.
Ogoreltseva landed 3Lo+3Lo in FS.
Good skating for Sotskova and Medvedeva means 3Lz+3T.

Thank you!! I'm happy that Ogoreltseva is still planning her beautiful 3-3! If I remember well, Medvedeva used to plan 3F+3T and 3S+3T in FS and 3Lz+3T in the SP...
