Whatever they posted isn't there right now. Hmmm.

If they're just fudging with the website and those ARE accurate, then:
1) Yay Polina Edmunds FINALLY.
2) Wonder if any other new-to-JGP girls will be getting assignments
3) Hopefully Nathan Chen's injuries won't bug him too much
4) Good to see the three Junior WISA dance teams all getting initial assignments. Wonder if one of them can make the Final this year.
5) Lewis and Bye! They're adorable.

It's going to be interesting watching Nathan Chen, simply because he is no longer the number one Junior after Shotaro Omori's placing at Junior Worlds. Even though Omori's score was smashed by Brown and Farris, Omori's score also was considerably higher than anyone else's.

Chen scored 222.00 (75.15 +146.85) at the JGP in Austria last year, before his injury. Omori scored 204.34 at JW 2013 (70.82+133.52). At Nationals, Nathan was plagued not only by his injury, but a bad case of the flu. I have heard that Nathan has since recovered from his injury.

Hannah didn't get a get a GP event so she's going back to Juniors. Will Karen Chen get a JGP event?

I'm glad to see that both Hawayek & Baker and Moore & Klaber are competing again in juniors this year. I hope Jean Luc has grown a bit and Kaitlin hasn't.

JGP Ladies will be very competitive with Wang, Miller, Chen, Edmunds, Sotskova, Sakhanovich and Medvedeva

Also Proklova and maybe Ogoreltseva (she was not stable at 2012/2013 season, but sometimes skated very good).

Full list of Team Russia members who are age eligible for JGP and haven't GP Events:
Gosviani (most probably will have CoR GP spot and will not take place in JGP)
Gerasimova (*)
Medvedieva
Sakhanovich
Sotskova
Stavitskaia (*)
Titushkina (*)
Julia Li
Ogoreltseva
Pervushkina
Proklova
Tursynbaeva
Agafonova (*)
Shershak(*)

(*) means did take place in JGP earlier. And had medal of Event.

Most probably, all JGP spots for Russia will be filled from this list.

If Medvedeva, Sakhanovich and Sotskova compete at there best, it will be another year of Russian dominance in junior ladies!

I want to know if one of them can repeat what Sotnikova, Lipnitskaya and Radionova did and win all international competitions in there first junior international season!
Winning both JGP and JGPF then Junior worlds!

Only can only see Courtney Hicks and Angela Wang posing as a threat to them not having a perfect season but they would have to be at there best!
Maybe Hannah Miller, Barbie Long and Polina Edmunds could beat them but only if the Russian girls make a few mistakes.

Seems like for all the Russian girls dominate as Juniors but once they hit puberty it's all over that's why it makes no sense to get excited that a 13,14 year old can rotate there tiny jumps. Of course they can when they are all about 4'10 weight about 70 Lbs tops. Let's see where they are at 16,17 years old. As for who can beat them Polina very well could beat all of the Russian girls if they are all there best.

if all juniors are at their best Sakahnovich will win, she does her 3-3's at the half end of her programs
though even with her big jumps her technique is questionable with her bent knees landing ala Stakoko Miayahara

Sakhanovich had at JrNats-2012 and SrNats-2013 score about the same as Pogorilaya (1 point higher). At JrNats-2013 - much better.
Good girl, but she does not look as strong as Radionova, who did not give other competitors any chance both at JGP and JrWorlds.
