I see in ISP eleven Men eligible for JGP Events.

1. Nathan Chen
2. Tomoki Hiwatashi
3. Spencer Howe
4. Brian Krentz
5. Jimmy Ma
6. Oleksy Melnyk
7. Jordan Moeller
8. Shotaro Omori
9. Nix Phengsy
10. Daniel Samohin
11. Nicholas Vrdoljak

I see no really strong skaters, except Nathan Chen, Shotaro Omori, and maybe Jordan Moeller.

Some questions:
1. Is Daniel Samohin age eligible for JGP? I did'nt find any info about him, except that he is 4th at Novice Nats.
2. May other Junior Men be added to ISP on result of summer competition? (i.e. did summer competitions show strong Juniors not in ISP?)

Well, his dad was the coach for the Israeli team at one point, so I can see that. But he competed at US nationals this last year.

In Russia may be such kind of situation, it makes no problem if they do not earn really high places in Seniors or Juniors.
Elisabeth Tursynbaeva, champion of Kazakstan, was 13th at Russian Junior Nationals-2013.
Georgina Kantor practices in Moscow (her parents work at Hungarian Embassy), take place at Moscow competitions, at Internationals competes for Hungary. http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00034216.htm
Anastasia GALUSTYAN ARM (3rd Event of JGP this season) also practices in Moscow and took place in Novice Nationals.
Alina FJODOROVA LAT http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00011358.htm practices in StPetersburg and some years ago competed at Russian competitions.
Denis TEN KAZ (now silver medalist of Worlds) also competed in Russia.

Competing at one country's nationals doesn't prevent a skater from competing for another country internationally. Once a skater has competed for one country internationally, however, will impact any plans to compete for a different country at a later time.
