Kaetlyn Osmond's SP was a bit of a mess: 3f+2t (fall), 2lo, 2a< (fall)/

I suppose if she's got to have a skate like that, now is the best time for it. Although I do think it was a promising skate and not all that terrible. I thought the 3F-3T attempt was actually pretty good - looked fully rotated and good height/distance/landing on the flip. We'll call the fall on the axel a fluke, which is exactly what I think it was. She did her best to sell the program.

Well, the 3-3 looked rotated to me, too, and  to her for attempting this difficult layout, if she just keeps her 3T+3T/3F layout she can be comfortable with it and she can be 90% sure that she can skate clean, but she's challenging herself and that's really good!

Thanks! 54.57 for 2 falls and a doubled jump is obviously high, but then again, it's a local competition.

Hmm... I haven't watched the clip but she doubled two of her jumps and fell on two jumps, and had a jump with a wrong edge, which leaves only two clean jumps.... But I guess she will improve as the season progresses, so I am not too worried yet. I hope she will be as good as she was last season! She is Canada's hope for now!!
