    Workout

    I'm thinking about starting a workout and stretching routine I'm currently working on my axle (landed it twice but never again) I'm in my early teens and I'm pretty athletic what is a good workout/stretching routine for core and leg strength and jumping high.

    You should see a professional and talk to your coach instead of asking here as we can't tell what shape you are in and with teens, one has to be very careful with regard to designing an off ice plan.
