what senior ice dance teams will represent at sectionals for the 2013/14 season? where?

what teams will we see at mids? what ice dancers will qualify out east? who will go to pacifics?

Looking at the Lake Placid IDC & Chesapeake Open can give you a pretty good idea of who is serious about competing this year, but which regional/sectional new teams especially will enter is somewhat a crap shoot.
