Julianne Séguin - the same who has 2nd Event (Mexico) in Junior Ladies?

The answer is Yes, according to this Skate Canada posting. :)

8/29/2013
Julianne Séguin does double duty on the ISU Junior Grand Prix Circuit
By: Beverley Smith

Excerpt:
Now Séguin is one of the busiest skaters around. As a singles skater, she’ll go to the Junior Grand Prix in Mexico City Sept. 4 to 8 (there is no pairs event there), and then with Bilodeau, she’ll skate Junior Grand Prix at Minsk, Belarus on Sept. 25 to 29. Then she’ll head to Ostrava, Czech Republic the very next week to skate both pairs and women’s singles.

Unpredictable Event - too many good girls.

Karen Chen won't be in Minsk, as she is doing her second event in Kosice next week. But Polina Edmunds is currently scheduled for Mink.

My prediction for the ladies:

1: Polina Edmunds

2 & 3: Rika Hongo or Barbie Long

4-6: Maria Stavitskaia, Julia Li, Dabin Choi

Not sure about Mai Mihara. Haven't seen her... Does anybody know anything about her??

I'd keep an eye out for Tursynbaeva. As of last year, she had all the triples, including a reliable 3S+3T combo. She competed in the Russian competitions and did quite well. She could surprise here.

yes she could be a surprise medalist, she will be representing Kazakhstan
ladies event here is weak other than Edmunds so anyone can be on the podium

Oh yeah... forgot about her... and also Alaine Chartrand.

1st is most likely Edmunds.

I think 2-6 would be Barbie Long, Rika Hongo, Alaine Chartrand, Tursynbaeva, or Mai Mihara.

7-9 would be Stavitskaia, Julia Li or Dabin Choi.

It doesn't look like a strong field, but it actually is, considering there are 8 skaters that can score between 140-150. It wil be an interesting and very close competition.
