WoW, Lazukin finally got a 3A
Samarin's zero 3A is killing his standings, he'll never learn to do 3A under Goncharenko, just look at Radionova' awful no flow 2A
its time for him to look for another coach maybe to go to Mishin, Tataurov or Tutberidze

I was wondering "why not Iushenko for a spot" but I guess she's too young as well.
Also I wonder if Korobeynikova will still get a Nationals spot after the withdrawal from the Grand Prix?

Iushenko is age ineligible. Nobody knows about Korobeynikova. I used Dmitriev Jr. as an example since he w/d from COC last year (his only GP event) and still went to nationals as a guaranteed spot. Only competed in 1 Cup event where he was 2nd. If Korobeynikova has to qualify the old fashion way, she can be no lower than 2nd at her next event to finished ahead of Agafanova and that still may not be enough......

Pogorilaya won this event--she can't be in too shabby shape. As she is scheduled for CoC grand prix next week-she should be in good shape!

Iushenko is age ineligible.
Yes. And she qualified to JrNats (two Russian Cup Events, 1 and 2 places), so it is the second reason why can't she pretend to Russian Cup Events as Senior.

Nobody knows about Korobeynikova.
We all know.
She was 8th of 9 at second Russian Cup Event with score 117.84 and skating as poor as the score.

Because of this she lost her GP Event.

With this kind of skating she has a little chance to qualify to Nationals, she needs place no worse than second at 4th or 5th Event to have a chance to qualify (with no warranty even with 1st place).

Well I think it's only fair having her qualify through nationals through the Cup events. Her condition in Sochi was abysmal.
