The Expanded Very Large Array Nova Project studies emissions of stellar explosions in the radio frequencies.
Here is a recent nova in the constellation Delphinus imaged by EVLA.

This object was first observed by an amateur astronomer in Japan. In visible wave lengths it looks like this:

No word on its triple Lutz/triple toe.
