looks like Tanaka and Petrov secured their place in JGPF

if Martinez wins gold and bump Boyang into silver
or Kolyada wins gold, Hino is out because Petrov scoring higher with same 2 silver medals ?

2 silvers is almost always enough for GPF/JGPF. Hino is most likely in barring some unusual results next week.

but Petrov also has 2 silver medals and has a higher score than Hino's that's why I asked

Yes, Petrov is definitely in because his total score is higher than Hino. Petrov is definitely in; Hino is likely but not guaranteed.

For example, if Kolyada or Uno win, and Jin is third, the qualifiers would be Chen (30), Tanaka (30), Pitkeev (28), Jin (26 - comes out ahead in first tiebreaker), Kolyada/Uno (26), and Petrov (26 - comes out ahead in 2nd tiebreaker).

However it's unlikely Kolyada, Uno, or Martinez wins next week. Kolyada and Martinez are very inconsistent, Uno has not yet mastered 3a and sometimes gets URs on his 3t combos. Jin or Omori (if he's healthy) are most likely to win next week.

Boyang isn't that consistent either, Shoma has attempted recently an UR 3A at Japanese Sectionals, also Martinez is 4th in his first JGP so he has a slight chance of winning the gold. Omori even if he wins wont be a factor he finished 6th in his first JGP event
