Kim & Minov train in Moscow with Svinin & Zhuk. Is it possible to get citizenship without some residency in Korea, for an athlete?
In fact, Kim lists Moscow as her hometown, too.
Btw, does anybody know anything about the Russian couple who won silver at the junior event behind Kim/Minov? They are also very good. I would like to know more about them... i.e. their age, training location, coach, past results, etc...
KHACHATURIAN & Eremenko have an ISU bio with nothing in it.
Apparently, they competed at NRW Dance last year and placed 10th, this year placed 2nd, so they are showing improvement.
However, Eislauf Verband has published a number of articles about the Event!
Here's the report on the Junior FD, "Rebaka KIM / Kirill MINOV danced off with the gold"
And the report from the SD
Unfortunately, there are no quotes from Khachaturian & Eremenko, or any description of their dance despite a lot of detail on couples who finished lower in the standing, not all of them German. I believe only couples who trained for some time, even a little, in Oberstdorf may be the ones discussed?
There are some words from Ralph & Hill, who trained in Oberstdorf between the two competitions they did in Europe. They are thrilled to have a bronze medal.
There is also an article on Guignard & Fabbri's win in Seniors
