I love V/T's short. I can't wait to see it at the Olympics, it is so perfect for Sochi! That will be a huge goosebump moment with minutes long standing ovations from the crowd, for sure.

Italy is trying to assert itself for a olympic team medal. They could easily medal in women and dance and maybe eek out a medal in pairs. so if Bariev I mean whatever his name is rigini?? something that sounds like a twisted pasta skates well who knows.
None of the top teams do a double twist in the short that I know of. I include both first and second tier teams in this.

No one wants to do a 2Twist in SP for Pairs, even Kavaguti/Smirnov does a crashy/(potato sack) 3T in their SP
the only reason S/K did a 2T was because Klimov just recovered from a recent injury

Stolbova/Klimov first starting competing triple twists last season. It's rather crashy and received negative GOE, but they are capable of doing it now. I wasn't aware that he had been injured, that must be why they aren't attempting it at the moment.

I thought touch down with free foot should be -1 GOE. All judges gave them +1 and +2 GOE.
